- Miscellaneous Refurbish Project Male/Female Dormitory/Gymnasium at the DELAWARE VALLEY JOB CORPS CENTER, 9368 STATE ROUTE 97, P.O. BOX 846 CALLICOON, NEW YORK 12723. Project will be bid as one project but with three different base bids. 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Payment Bond. DBA Wage Determination Number # NY7 (Sullivan County). Intent to Award notice on or about May 19, 2008 and the project to be completed over the summer break of June 27, 2008 through July 14, 2008. Scope of Work 1.Base Bid A: Underground Tightness Testing for existing underground oil tank. Repair existing leak detection system on the existing underground oil tanks. 2.Base Bid B: Gymnasium Exterior Doors Replace existing entry doors include new hardware. 3.Base Bid C: HWH Male & Female Dormitory Provide new Hot Water Heating System in the existing male and female dormitory.
