- Description
- This requirement is for Appliance Repair, Maintenance, and Replacement Services of both domestic and commercial appliances to include clothes washers/dryers, refrigerators, stoves/ranges, dishwashers, ice machines, grills and garbage disposals. It will also consist of the testing and repair of high limit switches on deep fat fryers. The proposed contract will be 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business. This acquisition will be conducted IAW FAR Part 12, Acquistion of Commercial Items and 15 Contracting by Negotiations Procedures to procure a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Period of Performance for the Base period is anticipated to begin 1 June 2008 through 30 September 2008, with four one-year option periods. Solicitation FA7000-08-R-0018 will only be available on http:/www.fedbizopps.gov/ beginning on or about 30 April 2008. All prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) by the proposal due date in order to be considered for award. Registration may be obtained at the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov/. Pursuant to AFFARS 5301.9102(a) the following shall be appointed as Ombudsman at the USAF Academy: Ms Lori Staples, 8110 Industrial Drive, Suite 200, Telephone number (719) 333-3907 and Fax (719) 333-4747.
