- Description
- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/ Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to issue a purchase order with Northrop Grumman Space & Mission Systems Corporation, 2340 Dulles Corner Boulevard, Herndon, VA 20171. The purpose is to purchase Annual Maintenance of the Digital Library Input Processing System (DLIPS). The maintenance period shall begin on 1 June 2008 and end on 31 May 2009. Northrop Grumman is the manufacturer of this software and the only known vendor that can provide the required maintenance support. FAR provisions and clauses 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items and DFAR 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items are applicable to this requirement. No solicitations shall be issued other than this notice. All responsible sources may submit a quotation to MSIC by FAX 256-313-7963 or email to Donna Tignor at tigor@msic.dia.mil. All quotations must be received by 1600 Central Time 28 Apr 08.
