The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement for three (3) Conference Room Audio Video Systems. (Two at Camp Rapid, Rapid City, SD and One at Sioux Falls, SD.) The capabilities of the system will include boardroom audio conferences, video conferences and media presentation. The systems must be compatible and integrated with existing Government equipment. An expanded description is provided below. Cost of the system is to include installation. The Governments intent is will not be an all or none award. A site visit is scheduled for 28 April 2008 at 9:00 am MT at Building 450, Camp Rapid, Rapid City, SD. Site visit at Sioux Falls Armory is available upon request. Details of the Sioux Falls site will be available at the Camp Rapid site visit. Contact the POC listed below for access, directions and details. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend. This is solicitation is a total small business set-a-side. Offeror Pricing must be good for 60 days from date of quote. Applicable NAICS Code is 443112 and SIC Code is 5731. The solicitation and any amendments will be available at the Website, http://sdguard.ngb.army.mil and then select Contract Solicitations. Site visit is 28 April 2008 as noted above. Questions must be in writing (fax or email) and are due by 30 April 2008. Questions and answers will be posted to the website identified above as they become available. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available on FedBizOpps and at the website identified above on or about 5 May 2008. RFQs are tentatively due NLT 2:00 PM MT on 9 May 2008. Must be able to display content from multiple sources to include Telephone, Cable TV, DVD, LCD Projector, Computer,(laptop & network computer) and must be controlled from a single, easily accessible touch panel control center (Crestron). Provide user friendly control system which enables presenters to deliver content professionally without being an expert in audio video systems. Minimum Mandatory Requirements: 1- Intergrades and reprogram existing Crestron and installation of existing Polycom 8500 Video System 2- LCD Projector, XGA resolution, minimum of 5000 Lumens 3- 2 monitors with PDA card (50 diagonal), includes 2 VGA/RGB, 1 S-Video, 1 composite jack 4- Polycom Vortex EF-2280 Microphone Matrix Mixer, capable of and include 20 microphones, possibly mounted from ceiling 5- Installation and training Government Furnished Equipment (All equipment must be compatible and tie into these systems): Crestron Flat Panel Control System Sony DVD Player Sony VHS Player Computer Motorized Display Screen Audio Speakers Polycom 8500 Video system Building 450, Camp Rapid, Rapid City, SD Objectives: Primary purpose of the system is to provide boardroom audio conferences and media presentation.
