- This announcement is to obtain information on potential suppliers interested in providing Technical Assistance for Public Participation (TAPP) to the Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) for Badger Army Ammunition Plant (BAAAP). The technical assistance required under this effort is as follows: Review, critique and interpret a forthcoming risk assessment and alternative feasibility study, related investigations and studies, and proposed remedial actions related to the Settling Ponds and Spoils Disposal Area at BAAAP. Expected work products include fact sheets for public education and written formal comments for submittal during anticipated public comment periods. Travel to BAAAP will be required. Work is expected to be completed by December 2008.
