- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation for a recurring service established under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA); proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number F8090042391000 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24. This solicitation is set aside for small business. The associated Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 8734 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541380. The Small Business Size Standard is $11Mil. CLIN 0001 - McChord AFB operates a drinking water system under a permit issued by the Washington State Department of Health. This permit stipulates sampling and analyses to ensure a safe drinking water supply. Sample frequency and analytical parameters are set by the Sate and vary fro mweekly to quarterly frequency. Samples must be analyzed by an analytical laboratory certified by the state of Washington to conduct drinking water analyses. Contact MSgt Crawford for list of water test being conducted.
