Item Description: MAGAZINE DISPENSER NSN: 5865-01-411-5280 Item Description: Magazine Dispenser. Manufacture is : BAE SYSTEMS INFORMATION CAGE: 19397 P/N 177002-0001Quantity 328. Unit of issue: EA Destination Information: New Cumberland PA and TRACY CA Delivery Information: 300days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 05/07/08. The Small Business Size Standard is 1500 employees. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the government does not posses complete, unrestrictive technical data: therefore, the government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U. S. C. 2304( C) (1 ). Approved source is: BAE SYSTEM INFORMATION CAGE: 19397 P/N 177002-0001 It is anticipated that an award will be made when all evaluations are done. While price may be a significant factoring the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
