- This announcement is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The services to be acquired are from Army National Guard Bureau for training services. The contract services shall be for 4 training courses over a nine (9) month period. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 541620, business size standard is $6,500,000.00. The sole source contractor is Dolphin Environmental, LLC, 3319 Hartwell Court, Falls Church, VA 22042. This action is considered a follow-on contract for highly specialized services from a previously competed best-value solicitation. General Services Administration awarded a contract to Dolphin Environmental to provide Environmental Management Training workshops. Dolphin Environmental are experts and are familiar with the requirements of the Army National Guard Bureau. A solicitation package will not be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider responses received by 1500 hours on 23 April 08. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
