- Description
- The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for provision of chaplain services for the VA Medical Center, St. Louis, MO. This is a Request for Quotation Ref. Quote #VA-255-08-RQ-0263. Contractor shall provide pastoral care to patients, their families and staff as needed to include pastoral visitation, sacramental ministry and confession and occasional Mass. Qualifications include: Ordained Catholic Priest in diocese or religious order of the Roman Catholic Church; Citizen of the United States; endorsed to Veterans Affairs chaplaincy by the appropriate adjudicatory; and preferred completion of two or more units of Clinical Pastor Education and VA experience. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 813110 and the Size Standard is $6.5 M. The acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 13.5 Test Program; simplified acquisition procedures apply. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for award to Small Business concerns. Offers or quotations from other than small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on technical qualifications, past performance and price in accordance with the evaluation procedures of the solicitation.
