- The United States Department of Labor’s Women’s Bureau is seeking a contractor to provide services in expanding upon its programs and activities that focus on providing and promoting 21st Century solutions to improve the economic status of working women and their families. An indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contract is anticipated, on a firm fixed labor hour bases. For your information, the NAICS code for this requirement is 541611 and the size standard is $6.5 million. The period of performance of the proposed contract is anticipated to encompass one base year plus one additional option year. The solicitation will be available on or after April 25, 2008 will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities web site, http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date for this solicitation will be on or about May 19, 2008. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency.
