- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division has a requirement for Offline Modulation Analysis software, and IQSIGNAL for WIMAX Analysis Software. This requirement is a sole source requirement. Tektronix Inc., 14200 S.W. Karl Braun Drive, Beaverton, OR 97077.
