- Description
- Wiesbaden Contracting Center intends to award a firm fixed price follow-on contract for non-personal Advanced Geosptial Intelligence (AGI) and Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) support services throughout the European Command (UECOM) and Africa Command (AFRICOM) area of responsibility. More information on EUCOM and AFRICOM can be found at these websites: www.eucom.mil and www.africom.mil The required support consists of AGI and MASINT processing, exploitation, dissemination, analysis, operations and planning, and collection. Support is required at multiple locations to include Darmstadt and Wiesbaden in Germany and Molesworth in the UK. Support to intelligence operations includes collection management; requirements and taskings; processing; exploitation; dissemination; training; and collection. Travel will be required in some cases. Individuals must comply with host nation and Status of Forces (SOFA) requirements, such as Analytical Support Status Accreditation (ASSA) for work in Germany. Information on ASSA can be found at the DoD Contractor Personnel Office (DOCPER) website http://www.per.hqusareur.army.mil/cpd/docper/GermanyDefault.aspx. Security clearances are required. The contract will be for a base year, which consists of a 2-month mobilization and 10 months performance period, and three option years. Anticipated start date for mobilization is 1 AUG 08, with the 10-month performance period beginning 27 SEP 08.
