Description
Emergency Vehicle Equipment Replacement, Pearl Harbor, Oahu, Hawaii. The work includes, but is not limited to: providing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, parts, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to remove various existing emergency lighting equipment from emergency vehicles and to install into other emergency vehicles. Also includes furnishing and installing new Police style lightbars and new control consoles to accommodate new controllers. The work shall be performed at the Contractors shop on Oahu. The Government will transport the vehicles to and from the Contractors shop. The Government may deliver the vehicles in increments based on the Governments operational needs. The Contractor shall obtain all required permits, licenses, and authorizations to perform work under this contract and comply with all the applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Provide evidence of such permits and licenses to the KO before work commences and at other times as requested by the KO. The work includes the following: Remove lightbar from eight Impalas; Remove light bar control head from eight Impalas; Remove two-way radio from eight Impalas; Remove siren amplifier from eight Impalas; Remove siren speaker from eight Impalas; Remove siren speaker bracket from eight Impalas; Remove strobe lights from both head lights or turn signal lights/tail lights from eight Impalas; Remove control console from eight Impalas; Remove vehicle graphics from eight Impalas; Remove prisoner partition from eight Impalas; Remove all associated wiring/cabling from eight Impalas; Enclose roof holes with silicone/grommets on eight Impalas; Furnish and install 48.50 LED lightbar on twelve vehicles including the following: 1) Four linear-LED split blue/amber traffic advisors; 2) Two blue inboard LED lightheads; 3) Two white inboard LED lightheads; 4) Two halogen take down lights; 5) Two halogen alley lights with cruise lights; Furnish and install lightbar mounting kit on twelve vehicles; Furnish and install multi purpose controller for lightbar and traffic advisor on twelve vehicles; Furnish and install control console on twelve vehicles; Furnish and install equipment brackets to accommodate multi purpose controller, siren amplifier and two-way radio on twelve vehicles; Install two-way radio on twelve vehicles (Government-Furnished); Install siren amplifier on twelve vehicles (Government-Furnished); Install siren speaker on twelve vehicles (Government-Furnished); Install siren speaker bracket on twelve vehicles (Government-Furnished). The NAICS Code for this procurement is 811213 and the annual size standard is $6,500,000.00. The contract term will be approximately 4-1/2 months. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No information exists on prior contracts. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ when it becomes available. All interested offerors shall register at the website. No notice of solicitation activity will be provided to interested offerors. The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent small business set-aside. The Government will only accept offers from small business concerns.
