Description

Buildings included: 101, 103, 207, 310, 122 and 118. Description of work: Natural Gas: Contractor shall furnish and install natural gas meters equal to Sierra Instruments 640S insertion style, thermal gas flow configured for natural gas pulsed output. The meter shall communicate directly with the existing campus EMCS for consumption reports. Electric: Contractor shall furnish and install Digital Energy Monitors (DEM) equal to Siemens Series 1000/2000 Electric Meters. The DEM's shall communicate directly to the existing campus EMCS for monthly reports. Contractor shall modify the existing campus EMCS operator workstations graphics to reflect the changes made as part of the project. Contractor shall provide owner training and create reports on a monthly time schedule that email owner defined email accounts.
