Description

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Eastern Region, Office of Acquisitions and Grants, has a requirement for the remodeling of two (2) Chemical Bunkers (East and West). The work is to be performed at the Upper Midwest Environmental Science Center (UMESC) located in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the construction work. Drawings and Specs of this requirement will be available upon request. This is a requirement under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS Code is 236220, "Commercial and Institutional Building Construction". The magnitude of the requirement ranges between $100,000 and $250,000. All work is expected to be completed ninety (90) calendar days from Notice to Proceed. A site visit will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at 10:00 AM. Prospective offerors are highly encouraged to attend. If your firm is interested in attending, please contact William J. All responsible sources who have a valid Dun and Bradstreet Number may submit a proposal with a quotation which shall be considered by the USGS.
