- Description
- The USPFO for Massachusetts is soliciting proposals for a statewide Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Food Supply Contract. The Contractor will provide all personnel, labor, transportation, manifesting, and packaging of unprepared subsistence items for delivery to units in the Massachusetts Army National Guard at approximately 26 locations throughout Massachusetts. The award will be for a base period of one (1) year, with four (4) option years. This Request for Proposal is a solicitation for full and open competition, Unrestricted. This Request for Proposal will result in an IDIQ Requirements Contract. Solicitation to be issued on or about (May 8, 2008 ). A Pre-proposal Conference will be held at (May 15, 2008). Proposals are due on ( TBD ). Proposals may be mailed via U.S. Mail, Federal Express, or hand carried into the USPFO for Massachusetts, Purchasing & Contracting office at 50 Maple St. Milford, MA 01757. Proposals from large companies must comply with FAR clause 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for the submission of a subcontracting plan. It is highly recommended, though not required, for any interested contractor to attend the Pre-proposal conference. The Request for Proposal and supporting documents will be posted on the National Guard Electronic Business System website at: http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. Notifications of changes and/or amendments shall be made via the Internet to all prime contractors that have registered on that website. The associated North America Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 424410. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award can be made, see website: www.ccr.gov to register.
