Description

This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Filter Element, Air use on a Aircraft Airlifter C17A. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. This requirement is coded 3-H, Donaldson Company, Inc, Cage 18265. The NSN and Estimated Annual Quantities (EAQ) are as follows: NSN: 1660-01-394-3369 base year AEQ: 132 each – option year AEQ: 132 each. FOB is Destination; Inspection/Acceptance is Destination; 144 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about May 8, 2008. The anticipated award date is July 21, 2008.
