- SYNOPSIS 08-0129-- A) IF INTERESTED IN THE FOLLOWING SYNOPSIS, PLEASE REGISTER FOR THIS SOLICITATION: email Eileen Kim at eileen.kim@navy.mil and include the solicitation number N00174-08-R-0029 in the subject line; your name, your organization's name, and contact information (address, phone number, fax number, and email address). Use your email "read notification" to confirm receipt of your registration email. The Government is NOT responsible for any undelivered email transmissions. B) This requirement is firm-fixed price (FFP) and 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 334517. The Size Standard is 500 employees. The FSC code is 5860. C) NAVSEA Indian Head requires the following for the Industrial Support Project program: Low Energy X-Ray Machine and Low Energy X-Ray System (Brand Name or Equal). Mandatory minimum performance specifications are as followsTube kV: 320kV; Max mA: greater than 20mA; mA steps: large focal less than or equal to.05mA, small focal less than or equal to.01mA; focal spot size:.4mm small focal, 1.0mm large focal; max power: small focal greater than or equal to 0.8kW, large focal greater than or equal to 1.8kW; emergent beam angle: greater than or equal to 40 degrees x 30 degrees; tube current accuracy: plus-minus 0.2% of demand; cooling: oil cooled. D) One (1) Low Energy X-Ray Machine and one (1) Low Energy X-Ray System are due 120 days after date of contract. E) Valid* registrants to this synopsis will receive an email notifying them of the solicitations posting date.
