- Description
- Special Notice GSA anticipates issuing solicitation GS-11P-08-YAC-0012 electronically only on or about May 1, 2008. Interested parties may access the solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation. There will be no bidders list for this procurement and no hard copies will be provided. The proposal due date is scheduled on or about June 2, 2008. Contract award is anticipated on or about August 25, 2008. For this procurement, Carl V. Campbell is the Contracting Officer and Kymberli R. Graham is the Contract Specialist. All questions shall be directed to Kymberli R. Graham via email at kymberli.graham@gsa.gov or via telephone on (202) 418-4240 and Dinaira M. Borba (Ginida) via email at dinaira.borba@gsa.gov on via telephone on (202) 565-1981. To facilitate responses, there will be a Pre-Proposal Conference anticipated on or about May 9, 2008 at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, located at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20004. A tour of the facilities will follow the Conference. Because of the space requirement, attendance will be limited to a maximum of three (3) attendees per Offeror. Please contact Kymberli R. Graham via email at kymberli.graham@gsa.gov and Dinaira M. Borba via email at dinaira.borba@gsa.gov to confirm your attendance no later than close of business, May 6, 2008. Please note, RSVP is mandatory and attendance by the prime contractor is strongly encouraged. If you have previously registered, you will need to do so again. In addition, when confirming your attendance, all prospective Offerors must submit the information requested below: 1.) Attendee(s) Name 2.) Attendee(s) Job Title 3.) Company Name 4.) DUNS Number 5.)
