Description

The Air Force intends to issue a solicitation, Request for Proposal Number FA4610-08-R-0012, for Real Property Management services at Vandenberg AFB (VAFB), California, on or about 22 May 2008. The contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, equipment, personnel, services, and supervision necessary to perform administration of the Real Estate Management Office at VAFB, California--to include real property accountability, real estate transactions, legal instruments, real property reporting, accounting and capitalization, real property inspections, inventories, disclosures, facility space utilization and related administrative tasks as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The proposed period of performance includes a one-month phase-in period (1-31 Oct 2008), a base period of 11 months (1 Nov 2008 - 30 Sep 2009) and four one-year option periods (extending through 30 Sep 2013) exercised at the unilateral right of the government. Award is contemplated as 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 561210 and the size standard is $32.5M in average annual gross receipts. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. A draft solicitation and related attachments will be posted with this notice; however, potential offerors are cautioned that the draft documents are subject to change prior to the release of the official solicitation.
