THE PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION IS FOR SUPPLIES FOR WHICH THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE SOURCE (AEROWING, INC.) UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302.
