Description

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking use of a facility to hold Naturalization Ceremonies in the Philadelphia area. USCIS is also seeking audio visual equipment and services for these ceremonies. CIS will need these accommodations on July 2, 2008 and September 9, 2008. The solicitation materials should be available for download by 04/25/08 and quote packages will be due to the Contracting Office by e-mail no later than 3:00 pm Eastern on 04/30/2008. The distribution of this solicitation will be accomplished primarily through the General Services Administration's (GSA) Federal Business Opportunity (FEDBIZOPPS) web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The FEDBIZOPPS/GSA site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through the GSA site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the GSA site to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
