- Description
- Contractor operation, maintenance and inspection services for a single point mooring system (SPMS) located at Masirah Island, Oman. Services include operation and maintaining a SPMS to include assisting with tanker mooring, product discharge, connect/disconnect operations and operations of a shore pump approximately four (4) times a year. The estimated performance period is December 1, 2008 through November 30, 2013. This procurement will be unrestricted. The solicitation will be published electronically on both the Fed Biz Opps website and the DESC-FP solicitation download website. http://www.desc.dla.mil. Solicitation will not be posted to either website until approximately end of May 2008. Questions should be emailed to the email addresses within this announcement. Best Value, Source Selection procedures will be used in this procurement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
