OLICITATION NO. 301818Q257 PROJECT TITLE: Holding Tank Installation PROJECT LOCATION: U.S. Fish & Wildlife ServiceSeney National Wildlife RefugeSeney, Michigan 49883 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall furnish materials, labor and equipment, and supervision to perform the following work: Perform two (2) Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedures (TLCP) to determine the drainage system and surrounding soils of a Class V Inhection Well System are free from contamination; disconnecting and plugging the sewer line from the oil, water separator; relocating the air compressor, air and electrical lines; installation of a new 1000 gallon double walled Above Ground Storage Tank (AST) and a sump pump and line from the oil/water separator to the sump pump to the new AST including making all mechanical and electrical connections; and returning the shop to its existing condition. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 - $100,000. This procurement is Set-aside 100% for all historically underutilized business zones HubZones. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238910 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a size standard of $13 Million Dollars.
