- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation part 873 and Federal Acquisition Regulations 12 and 15. A written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number VA-248-08-RP-026 applies and is issued as a request for proposals. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24, The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 621493 size standard is $9 million. Provide ambulatory surgery site for physicians of the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL 33612, to perform minor ambulatory surgeries in accordance with terms and provisions of solicitation for the period one year from date of award. Ambulatory Surgery Site shall be located within a 10 mile driving distance from the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. Subject to availability of funds. All proposals are to be submitted by hard copy to the designated office by 3:30, May 23, 2008. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available April 24, 2008. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: https://www.fbo.gov/. Any amendments or additional information issued to this solicitation will also be available electronically at the URL address. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments or additional information. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted.
