- FEDBIZOPPS SYNOPSIS REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of State (DoS) seeks 24x7x365 web hosting and related services with the most flexible, scalable, and secure infrastructure interfaced with multiple content management systems, procured with zero capital expenditure and quickly implemented, housed in a Contractor Owned and Operated FISMA (Federal Information Security Management Act) auditable facility. This facility must have capability to audit both infrastructure and applications (in particular, content management system and multiple CMS softwares). To maximize usage of existing infrastructure, contractor must show capabilities ranging from managed hosting to collocation through virtualization of utility computing services. All services will be in the same data center and housed in a single environment for C&A purposes and ease of auditing content management softwares. The Contractor shall provide all services, travel and materials required to operate, maintain enhance and refresh a Web Hosting and Related CMS and Web Support Services solution using innovative technologies that is accessible to Department of State and the public. Successful offeror must show past performance in successful Interim Authority to Operate (ATO) and/or Certification and Accreditation (C&A) from Federal Agencies with preference towards prior DoS and USAID hosting success. TERM OF SERVICE: One base year starting with the date of award, plus up to four one-year option periods which may be exercised at the Government’s discretion. This is a VETS GWAC Set Aside ONLY
