This proposed contract action is for procurement of items which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 and FAR 6-302-1(2). The proposed source is Boston Micromachines Corporation, Cambridge MA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the government will consider all quotations/responses received within ten (10) days of the issuance of this notice.
