- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required item under RFQ N00189-08-T-0207. A subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Norfolk Office intends to purchase the following item, 20 Drums (55 Gallon), Paxcool Inhibited Antifreeze, P/N 0D31021, NSN 6850-01-345-3381. Only Paxcool Inhibited Antifreeze is approved for use on Navy PC Boat Fleet and for Man Diesel engines on board PC Boat Fleet. Delivery will be 25 May 2008, FOB Destination to Norfolk, VA 23511. At a minimum, responsible sources shall provide the following: a price proposal on letterhead or a SF1449 which identifies the requested items, with their unit prices, extended prices, total price, prompt payment terms, remittance address, Tax I.D. #, Duns #, and Cage Code. Responses to this solicitation are due by April 30, 2008 at 16:00 (4:00 P.M.).
