- The Department of Veterans Affairs Healthcare Network in Upstate New York, VISN 2 is seeking a contractor for a firm fixed price contract to provide bread and bakery products for the Nutrition and Food Service departments in Albany, NY, Syracuse NY, Bath, NY, Canandaigua, NY Batavia, NY and Buffalo, NY. Offers shall be considered only from offerors who are regularly established in the business called for and who in the judgment of the Contracting Officer are financially responsible and able to show evidence of their reliability, ability, experience, facilities and personnel directly employed or supervised by them to render prompt and satisfactory service. This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted. The NAICS code for this procurement is 311811 and the size standard is 500 employees. The period of performance will be for a base period with one (4) one-year options.
