- Description
- This acquisition is to provide Engineering Services for the AN/ALE-47 Countermeasures Dispenser System (CMDS) Software Tools Update. The period of performance is for 12 months from the date of the award. The proposed contract actions is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit sole source to BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems and Integration Inc., Austin, Texas, CAGE Code 19397. The authority for this acquisition falls under 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. Justification: Supplies are services required are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A copy of the solicitation will be posted at http://www.fbo.gov.
