Description

This is a modification to a previous notice. Reference previous notice dated February 25, 2008 and modification to previous notice dated March 10, 2008. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that if timely received shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), reference number HSCEEH-08-R-00003 amendment 000003. See attachment for RFP amendment including Statement of Work (SOW) and applicable terms and conditions. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-13. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for service disabled veteran owned small business concerns. All proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, Mayl 15, 2008 in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the attached amendment. In order to receive this award, all offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor’s Registration.
