- Project Number: 528A7-07-761ES; Renovate Rome ElevatorsContractor shall furnish all labor, materials, engineering, tools and equipment required to furnish specified alterations and new components on hydraulic elevators in the Donald J Mitchell Outpatient Clinic, Building 510, 125 Brookley Road,Rome, NY. The elevators, P-1 and P-2 (duplex elevators), are hydraulic elevators with 3 stops, rated load 4000 lbs., speed 100 fpm, and approximately 22 ft. of travel. Alterations include, but are not limited to, replacement of hydraulic motor, pump, control valves, controller, doors, tracks, rollers, hangers, interlocks, switches, wiring, operating panels, and other items indicated in the contract documents.Option to change jacks. The North American Industry Classification System is 238290 with a business size of $13.0 Million. This is a full and open competition under the small business competitiveness demonstration program. Estimated Construction cost is $100,000-$250,000. RFP is anticipated to be available on or about April 30, 2008 with a submission date of 5/23/2008.
