Non-Personal Services to: Perform annual preventive maintenance and repair for chemistry analyzer in accordance with attached SOW. Performance Period: Base period plus four (4) one (1) year option periods as follows: Base period: 1 June 2008 - 30 Sep 2008 Option Year 1 01 Oct 2008 - 30 Sep 2009 Option Year 2 01 Oct 2009 - 30 Sep 2010 Option Year 3 01 Oct 2010 - 30 Sep 2011 Option Year 4 01 Oct 2011 - 30 Sep 2012 This information may be used for market research on future requirements and is not in any form, a guarantee of receiving a contact award.
