Description
Solicitation number SPM4A5-08-R-0532, PR number 0016458259, NSN 2840-01-481-2384, for Disk, Turbine, Aircraft Gas Turbine Engine, Honeywell International, Inc., P/N 1-103-035-01. Army CSI, Flight Safety Critical Aircraft Part, Critical Application Item, Configuration Control, marked I/A/W MIL-STD-129, Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) applies and Serial Number Reporting Requirements (SNRR) applies. The Army Maintenance Management System-Aviation (TAMMS-A) also applies. Contractor First Article Test Report (FAT) of 2 units including attachments detailing contractor First Article Testing and/or Production Lot Testing and/or Technical Requirements Package to include CDRL Form DDA 1423 applies. Origin Inspection is required to include Product Verification Test. This RFP will be issued on an Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) resulting in a Firm Fixed Price, one time buy contract. The acquisition is restricted to the only source(s) of supply known to have the capability of furnishing the required supplies: Honeywell International, Inc. (99193). Adequate Data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. Delivery 458 days ARO (FAT-90, Gov’t review-30, PLT-338). Quantity 11 EA to stock line Susquehanna, PA. The applicable Weapon Systems, end item applications are the Cobra/TOW, AH series and Iroquois UH-1 Helicopters. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on 15 May 2008, with a closing date of 16 June 2008. Quantity variance is Plus 0%, Minus 0%. This is not a commercial item.
