Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included on this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FY08NGATDP0001. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24. The NAICS Code is 512290. The provisions at 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors – Commercial and 52.212-2 Evaluation – Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Offerors are required to include a complete copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items with your proposal. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders – Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The Contractor shall provide all management and technical expertise needed to specify, acquire, install, integrate and test a new digital audio visual presentation system for the Gallery’s EBLA. The Gallery intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. This project will consist of two (2) phases: Phase I Discovery and Design, and Phase II Installation and Test. Phase I Discovery and Design is the base period of the contract. As the final deliverable for Phase I Discovery and Design, the Gallery intends to receive a firm-fixed price technical approach and cost proposal for Phase II Installation and Test.
