- Description
- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to enter into a contract with Sparta, Inc, 401 Diamond Drive, Huntsville, AL 35806. The contract is for the procurement and installation/integration of Barco manufactured projector upgrades, associated lamps, software licenses, and technical assistance. These are to be integrated into the MSIC JRAAC facility and a TS/SCI clearance is required. FAR solicitation provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items are applicable to this requirement. No solicitations shall be issued other than this notice. Proposal submissions are due NLT 3:00pm CST 2 May 2008. All offerors interested in submitting must fax their proposals with details to MSIC, Kate Petek, Fax 256-313-7963 or email proposals to dimookx@msic.dia.mil.
