- Description
- The United States Government is seeking a 2 year temporary lease for approximately 3,500 usable square feet of office and related space together with 5 structured parking spaces in Jackson, MS. All services and utilities must be included as part of the rental consideration. The space offered must be located with 2 blocks of the Federal Courts located at 245 E Capitol St. The space offered must be in move in condition. Spaces needing minor renovations will be considered. The space must available for occupancy within 30 days of this announcement. The Government will only consider proposed spaces from owners and/or exclusive agents.
