Description

The Government is conducting a competition for approximately 15,100 BOMA office area contiguous square feet with one (1) reserved structured parking space in the city of Los Angeles, California. The proposed lease term is 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy by February 2, 2009. Buildings under consideration must be “Class A”. The building must also conform to the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard, Appendices C and D to 36 CFR Part 1191(ABA Chapter 1 and 2, and Chapters 3 through 10), and must meet current seismic requirements for new and existing construction of the Uniform Building Code and FEMA 310. AREA OF CONSIDERATION: North – Temple Street South – 9th Street East – Spring Street West – 110 Freeway Expression of interest should include the following: Building name and address, date it will be available, drawing of space, BOMA office area square feet, rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot, common area factor for available space by floor.
