Description

The Military Sealift Command (MSC) operates the T-ARS 50 class of ships, whose primary mission is to conduct repair and salvage operations. MSC intends to upgrade four of those ships’ engineering control systems in the 2009-2012 timeframe. The purpose of this market survey is to obtain vendor feedback on commercial practices and determine interest in the replacement of the existing Machinery Control System (MCS).
