- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT by ACA Directorate of Contracting, 4118 Susquehanna Ave., Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD., using the simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items (FAR Part 12) to procure Virtual Lab Motion and Standard Tire software products. The Government intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 for the above product to LMS North America, 5755 New King Street, Troy, MI, 48098. Note: This firm is the proprietary provider the above referenced products. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other will satisfy the agency requirements. All responses received within 2 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
