The small business size standard is 500 employees. FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. The proposed procurement includes a family group of items within Federal Supply Class: 2530. Approved source for this item is: BENDIX COMMERCIAL VEHICLE SYSTEMS (06853) P/N: 281860N. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with the approved source under the authority of 10 USC 2304( c)(1) – approved source is cited above; Notes 12 and 26 apply. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluations factors as described in the solicitation.
