Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE This is an total 100% 8(a) Set-Aside procurement. Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for FCA Clean Ducts at the James E. VanZandt VA Medical; Center, Altoona, PA. for Project 503-08-103. NAICS code is 236220. Small business size $1.2 million. Work includes but is not limited to clean, and to verify the cleanliness through inspection and/or testing in accordance with items specified in Scope of Work and applicable NADCA Standards. Contractor shall be responsible for the removal of visible surface contaminants and deposits from within the HVAC system in strict accordance with the specifications. Work to include 1st,2nd,3rd,4th and 5th floors and toilet exhaust ductwork only. Solicitation documents and drawing documents will be available on or around May 9, 2008 via this website.
