- CONSOLIDATED SERVICES AT AQUILLA, WACO and WHITNEY LAKES, TEXAS. Solicitation Number: W9126G-08-R-0182 The Government requires Consolidated Services at Aquilla, Waco and Whitney Lakes that includes cleaning park areas and facilities, mowing park facilities, embankment and levee mowing, area mowing, refuse collection, portable toilets services, herbicide and insecticide treatment, water well services, and beach sampling as specified in the solicitation. Solicitation will issue on or about 16 May 2008. Offers will be due 09 July 2008, 4:00 PM Local Time. Anticipated period of performance for the base period is: 01 September 2008 31 August 2009, with four (4) one year option periods. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is 561210. The Small Business Size Standard is $32.5 Million. This acquisition is 100% UNSRESTRICTED. Service disabled veteran owned, veteran owned, and women owned small businesses are encouraged to submit quotations. The performance specifications will be included in the solicitation. After issuance of the solicitation, it may be viewed and downloaded via the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) website (www.fedbizopps.gov). Drawings, plans and specifications will not be available in paper format. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the GPE for amendments to the solicitation. In addition, each contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) to be eligible for a government contract. You may register with the CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/.
