- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2E3CE8079A001 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, the award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government. The delivery time will be 30 days ARO.
