NSN 1560-01-444-3752; Unrestricted Procurement; Other than Full and Open Competition. This is a Duct Assembly, Bleed utilized on the C-130 Aircraft Program. A Technical Data Package is not available at DSCR. This is a Critical Application Item and Configuration Control Applies. A Government First Article Test applies on 2 units. Request is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract with an estimated annual demand of 132 pieces (See solicitation for additional details); Origin inspection; FOB Destination to Stock Location; Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
