Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W91364-08-T-0018 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24. This acquisition is reserved 100% for small business concerns. The associated NAICS codes is 562211, standard industrial classification 4959, small business size $11,500,000. Solicitation is to clean and dispose of waste in 4 Oil Water Separators. 3 Oil Water Separators are located at Rickenbacker ANGB, Columbus OH. 1 Separator is located at the 220th EIS, Zanesville OH. Statement of Work and Drawings are in the attachments. NOTE: Contractor must submit a Confined Space Entry Plan for this project.
