- Lease Space to the U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in the Colonial Heights, Virginia area. Requirement: The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 5,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet (BSF) of office space to include approximately 60 surface parking spaces. The Government has a continuing need for space in the Colonial Heights, VA area. Delineated Area: The delineated area for this project is: North – Route 895 East – Interstate 295 South – Interstate 460 West – Interstate 95 Lease Term/Occupancy: Ten year lease term, five years firm with termination rights. Space must be ready for occupancy by October 22, 2008. Expression of interest shall be submitted no later than May 13, 2007 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot.
