REQUIRED: Approximately 11,500 BOMA usable square feet of office and related space, together with 25 on site parking spaces. Proposals should include tenant improvement costs, including costs involved in installing/moving data and telecommunications lines. Delineated areas are as follows: North - Ashley Phosphate Road South - Mark Clark Expressway East - Rivers Road West - Dorchester Road LEASE TERM: Ten(10) years, five (5) years firm, beginning on or about December 1, 2008 through November 30, 2018.
