Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequent award of a Firm Fixed Price task order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), N00019-05-G-0030 with Lockheed Martin Services Inc. Aircraft Logistics Center (LMALC), Greenville, SC. LMALC is the designer, developer and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the C/KC-130 F/R/T In-Service Aircraft. LMALC retains the requisite knowledge, experience, technical capability and technical data required to meet the objective of this procurement. The scope of the effort includes kit procurement, component procurement, engineering and non-recurring engineering (NRE) services, logistical support, receipt/handling/delivery, kit procurement, production, test program management and data requirements for six (6) Defense Electronic Counter Measures (DECM) kits for the United States Navy/United States Marine Corps C/KC-130 F/R/T Aircraft. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals.
