Description

The United States Government intends to award a lease extensionusing other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Indianapolis, IN, Indianapolis Airport Authority. The Government requires 3,646 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 3,646 ANSI/BOMA office area and related space. The space must be contiguous and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
